While working at FiveM®, Remi embezzled company money out via partners Zap-Hosting and Tebex. Bogus contracts were set up to milk the owner, NTAuthority, out of millions of Euros. These contracts produced 0 tangible labor and were fraudulent. Afterwards, Remi would receive kickbacks and/or very generous gifts, including a Tesla.

When NTAuthority would not sign one of his bogus contracts, Remi took it upon himself to forge NTAuthority's signature. Later, the Partner companies would harass NTAuthority until they were paid out.

In 2022, Remi leveraged his position as HR-assistant and secretly sold all employee personnel Data to Rockstar Games® for an Unknown amount. He also managed to acquire the complete financial data for the Company and Hand it over. This granted Rockstar Games® an unfair position during later negotiations, and also greatly opened up the threat potential of Lawsuits and Private Investigators, had the deal not gone through.

While at Rockstar Games, Remi would leak information constantly to his Telegram Associates. Even minor members knew all about the ROME program. Other members would blab to their friends via Discord and spread the leaks further. Battleye for GTAO was also leaked this way.

In Late 2022, Remi pretended to be the FiveM/CFX Owner and tried to sell the company to Rockstar Games® while keeping this hidden from the real Owner.

While in the process of joining Rockstar Games®, Remi highly overstated his Impact on FiveM®. He lied to those at Take2® and took credit for things that others did. Afterwards, he tried to exclude everyone who wasn't in his friend-group from joining Rockstar Games®. If it was not for NTAuthority, only those in Remi's Telegram would have joined Rockstar Games®. His group also lied about their Salary and Rank, which landed them cushy Managerial Positions. Nearly everyone else on the team made substantially less than Groot & Friends, lacked stock options, and were put below them on the totem pole.

Remi would go absent for days or even weeks at a time, all while collecting a paycheck. This went on for 3 - 4 years, he has 0 work-ethic or guilt. On most workdays he can be found ice-skating, driving around Amsterdam, or Traveling&Vacationing. Most people at CFX® had talked to him maybe once or twice over the span of a few years. Some didn't even know he was still employed until 2023.

In July 2023 when NTAuthority sold FiveM® for 20m Euros, Remi demanded 30% (6.66m Euros). He ranted about this for weeks until NTAuthority caved and gave him 3.3m Euros. Remi said that this was not enough and threatened to take NTA to court (There are Documents confirming that Remi initiated the Legal proceedings). During this, Groot conspired with his friend group to get NTAuthority kicked out of Rockstar Games® via HR complaints, emotional manipulation, bribes, and lies. NTAuthority eventually got Remi to fold outside of court and give back the 3.3m Euros, however NTA was kicked out of Rockstar Games®, and the final payout was reduced to 10m Euros for speaking publicly about the matter.

Remi also threatened to Sue NTAuthority if they did not accept the deal with Rockstar Games®, his stated reason being: "It would put myself at Great Risk".

Remi would personally accept around 500 Euros to unban a Server or User from the FiveM® Platform.

There have been reports of FiveM®'s private IP in the hands of other entities, this includes: Anti-Cheat Source, Infra Backend Source, Backend Secrets, and Stolen User Assets. There also have been signs of Database tampering.
In Early 2024, a FiveM® employee was fired for "potentially" modifying the Upvotes table in exchange for Money. There were no logs in-place on this system to show who did what and when. Upon confrontation, this individual claims he had no involvement whatsoever. Seeing Remi's other behavior, it would not be a stretch to assume that he's involved somehow.

Given the nature of how Remi acquires his funds, it's doubtful that he and his group properly report their income to the Netherlands tax agencies. His bank accounts found in court documents are obvious shell accounts.

It's suspected he had other ways to monetize his position at FiveM®.
